Classic variant 

As Porridge/Ganji                                                                                                                              -  Mix three Spoonful’s of Poshika Classic with half cup of milk and half a cup of            water, mix well so that no lumps are formed 

-  Add salt to taste, cook to semi-solid for 4-5 minutes 

-  Add pepper/jeera powder/garnishing or ghee to taste and serve

-  When consumed cold, you can add buttermilk as per taste

                                                                                                                                                                   Sweet version

-  Mix two Spoonful’s of Poshika Classic with half cup of milk and half a cup of             water, mix well so that no lumps are formed 

-  Add Jaggery to taste, cook to semi-solid for 4-5 minutes and serve                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                


    As Dosa

    -  Mix 1 cup of Poshika Classic to 1 ½ cups of water and bring it to dosa batter consistency

    -  Add salt to taste, rest the batter for 10 minutes.

    -  Heat Tava ( pan ), spread a spoon of oil or ghee on the tava and prepare dosas


   As addition to Wheat Flour for chapati

    -  Add 1/4th cup of Poshika Classic to 1 cup wheat flour. Add water as per requirement.

    -  Add salt to taste, knead well. Rest the dough for 10 mins.

    -  Prepare chapatis with a rolling pin


    As Talipeeth

    -  Cut onions into small pieces, grate a carrot, cut a capsicum into small pieces, cut couple of green chilies in to small pieces. 

    -  Mix the vegetables with a cup of malt mix. 

    -  Add a small cup of grated coconut to the mixture

    -  Add salt to taste. Add 1 cup of water and mix well

    -  Heat tava, spread oil or ghee and prepare talipeeth                                                                                                                                                                                                        

   Ragimudde/ Ragi Balls

    -  Boil 2 cups of water, add a spoonful of ghee to the boiling water 

    -  Mix one Table Spoon of Poshika Classic to the boiling water and start mixing till all the lumps are cleared. Once the lumps are cleared, add one 

       more cup to the boiling water, reduce the flame and start mixing with a wooden spoon. You should reach the consistency of kneaded chapati flour. 

    -  Remove from the stove and add a spoon of ghee to the mixture. Adding some ghee to the hands, take the mixture and shape the mix in the form                     of  tennis ball. This may be consumed with traditional sambar

Banana variant


-  In a vessel mix three spoonful of Poshika Banana Multigrain Nutritional Food with 1 cup of milk or 1 cup of water, stir well with a spoon so that no lumps are formed. 

-  Keep the vessel on a stove and heat it on a medium flame and keep stirring till the mixture starts Bubbling. Consume it hot.

-  If you want a cold drink, cool the mixture and add couple of ice cubes to the mixture.

-  If you are on the move, add 1 cup of warm milk or warm water to a shaker, shake the mixture well and consume it. 

Chocolate variant

-  Add mix to a glass of milk or milk+warm water, stir well and consume.

-  If you want a cold drink, cool the mixture and add couple of ice cubes and consume.

-  If you are on the move, add 1 cup of warm milk or warm water to a shaker, shake the mixture well and consume it.
