- In a vessel mix three spoonfuls of Poshika Banana Multigrain Nutritional Food with 1 cup of milk or 1 cup of water, stir well with a spoon so that no lumps are formed.
- Keep the vessel on a stove and heat it on a medium flame and keep stirring till the mixture starts bubbling.
- Consume it hot.
- If you want a cold drink, cool the mixture and add couple of ice cubes to the mixture.
- If you are on the move, add 1 cup of warm milk or warm water to a shaker, shake the mixture well and consume it.
